Nils Kahler comes from a prestigious family of Danish ceramists. If he knew how to emancipate himself from the rigor of the family style by introducing bright colors he nevertheless knew how to perpetuate the family tradition and in particular the raw appearance of certain pieces with its salt icing, as in the lot proposed here.
