Golden wall mirror in Louis XV rocaille style - 1960s

Antique wall mirror in gilded resin in the Louis XV rocaille style, probably made between the 1950s and 1970s. Its elegantly shaped silhouette is highlighted by a delicate pearl decoration and openwork motifs at the top and bottom, inspired by the rococo decorative vocabulary. With its balanced vertical format and warm gilding subtly patinated by time, it evokes the decorative productions of the Hollywood Regency and neo-rococo spirit of the mid-20th century. It is in very good condition, with no structural defects. The structure is sound and stable, the mirror has a nice clear appearance, and the whole piece shows only discreet signs of age consistent with its age and use. Dimensions: H71 X W43 X D2 cm.
