The previous owner has made some changes/additions: A) it should hang on a hook on the wall, cannot be mounted with screws or nails. B) the wire is currently held in place with tape at the back, we would probably give it a little glue to keep it in place. C) he has attached some steel wire to the socket which has the function of keeping the bulb away from the wall. It measures about 34 X 34 cm in width/length and protrudes about 12 cm from the wall.
