Minimalist coffee or side table by Lane USA from the 50s/60s

Very beautiful, very original and above all extremely rare coffee or side table or end table circa 1960. Quite emblematic model of the american minimalist movement published by lane furniture (altavista, virginia, usa) during the end of the 1950s and the beginning of the 1960s. 60 and which was only broadcast across the atlantic. This furniture was particularly popular for furnishing the luxurious villas of the famous star resort of palm springs in california. Structure in solid oak and american walnut, shoes in gilded aluminum, it bears the manufacturer's stamp under the top as well as the model and series number (see photo). In superb condition, the large tray measures 74x51 cm at 41 cm in height, the small 31x51 cm at 62 cm in height. Very qualitative, completely in the decorative spirit of our time, this table will bring a truly exclusive touch to your interior.
