Floor lamp or globe table lamp in chrome and glass, mid-century space, 1960s.

Vintage design. Large table or floor lamp in space globe and chrome. A functional light source and an impressive luminous object. The lamp consists of a chrome base and a large spherical reflector made of thick glass. The chrome axis runs through the entire lamp and extends above the glass reflector. At the bottom, it ends with a simple plate base. As a transparent volume, the glass dome dictates the shape of the lamp. Inside, the axis widens with a cylindrical diffuser made of opal glass. This appears white through the transparent glass.
