We are selling a handwoven Gabbeh rug from Iran (see label on the back). This traditional Persian rug stands out for its excellent condition and cleanliness: it is almost new (having been placed in a guest room for about ten years). This artisanal model (100% wool) features a lovely sea blue colour adorned with small stylised motifs of characters and animals, all bordered by a navy blue weave. The simplicity of its graphic composition and ethnic patterns make it a piece that is both authentic, decorative, and full of modernity. Thick and soft underfoot.
