Old "school" road sign 1957

Exceptional! Road sign of the 50s in enamelled sheet metal. This sign preceded a school in a small village in the south of france. It is entirely hand painted, the talent of its creator and time have given it an incredible patina! It is in excellent condition in view of the many decades spent outside in all weather, only a few lack of paint and a few bullet holes on the back alter its original appearance, but the charm is all the greater! On the back, there is a cartridge with the year of manufacture, 1957. This is a rare piece, intended to decorate a vintage and colorful decoration. Why not a garage, a bar, or even a child's room! This little piece of french history will undeniably be a decorative object noticed and appreciated by all!
