Rare pair of bedside or side table designed by RAYMOND LOEWY (1893-1986) DESIGNER & DOUBINSKY FRÈRES EDITOR "DF 2000 Series" initiated in 1967. Side cabinet with 2 drawers (simulating 3 drawers, the second is as large as two drawers) in white melamine veneer. The drawer fronts, forming sockets, in thermoformed plastic; shaded from taupe to dark brown. 1960s-70s. Good condition for their age, the drawer fronts have slight scratches but no chips. The wood has a few chips, everything is in the photo. There is no longer the stamp but it is indeed a Raymond Loewy. H. 65 cm - L. 54 cm - D. 40 cm
