Glass floor lamp designed in the 1960s for the glass company osvětlovací sklo valašské meziříčí. The glassworks was established in 1854 and was one of the largest producers of lighting glass in the territory of the former austro-hungarian empire. The glassworks closed in 2003. The authorship of this lamp is not clear, but its shape is very reminiscent of the lamps created by karl volf. The lamp is made of milky triplex opal glass and consists of two parts, the base and the top shade. They are divided in the middle by a metal ring. When lit, it produces a very pleasant dim light. The lamp is functional and in perfect condition. 1x100w, e25-e27 bulb.
