Arkana chair

Arkana chair; designed by Maurice Burke and published by Arkana in the 60s. Its shell is made of lacquered fiberglass. Its base is also made of lacquered metal. The chair swivels. The two parts are mounted on springs so that they can return to their initial position naturally. Its back has some scratches and paint losses, as well as two cracks on the lacquer of the corners. We can see these details on the zoomed photos. They are quite discreet in everyday use. The seat cushion has been redone with a black tweed fabric and a beautiful foam. Arkana chair, very comfortable and original. Seat height: 42 cm
