Arkana chair

Arkana chair; designed by Maurice Burke and published by Arkana in the 1960s. Its hull is made of lacquered fiberglass. Its base is also in lacquered metal. The chair swivels. Both parts are spring-loaded so that they can return to their initial position naturally. Its backrest has some scratches and missing paint, as well as two cracks on the lacquer on the corners. You can see these details in the zoomed photos. They are quite discreet in everyday use. The seat cushion has been redone with a black tweed fabric and beautiful foam. Arkana chair, very comfortable and original. Seat height: 42 cm
