Charles graffart / val saint lambert, support for art deco pastels, 1913, semi-glassed. An elegant stand for art deco cakes from the 'hambourg' series by val saint lambert. Designed by charles graffart and mentioned in the 1913 catalogue. The piece is in perfect condition. Marking: val st. Lambert belgique. One of the corners contains an air bubble, this is not a defect or damage. Air bubbles and glass threads are normal due to the production process. Original piece of more than 100 years. From the series "hambourg", included in the catalogues of val saint lambert. The val saint lambert glass factory was founded in 1826 and became the pride of the belgian glass industry. Dimensions: height 10.5 cm, diameter 20.5 cm.
