Wall lamp of the 50s in rodoid and brass

Very original lighting of the 50s °. Under its shield appearance, it actually gives off a soft and cozy light thanks to its rodoid screen printed with yellow and black patterns. The frame is made of gilded brass. The sockets are made of bakelite and work perfectly. The electrical wires have been completely refurbished as well as the connections. Large format (63cm) but very light, this object was designed as a ceiling lamp but it is also very original on the wall! A twisted golden silk electric wire equipped with a plug will allow you to put it on the wall without a specific output. It is possible to remove this wire easily if you prefer to install it on the ceiling. An original hook is provided to hang it in the bakelite rosette. Note, 3 snags on the screen (3 penultimate photos) quite inconspicuous and which have been glued. They are on the printed coating that cover the rodoid plate, so it is not split and remains solid.
