Oval marble coffee table by Horst Brüning, 1960s-1970s

Magnificent coffee table by German designer Horst Brüning circa 1970. Important model with oval top in white Carrara marble with veins in shades of gray. Characteristic 4-spoke helix base (with transparent plastic glides) and central shaft, all in polished cast aluminum. The top measures 171 cm in length, 100 cm in width and 2 cm in thickness. The base is 90 cm diagonally for a table height of 56 cm. Note that the condition is perfect since the marble was entrusted to a marble mason to sand it to remove all imperfections and to give it a matte waterproofing treatment. It is therefore a table of great beauty and high quality that is offered to you. With such dimensions (slightly higher than standard), it will take on its full meaning in a large living room or as a center table in a large entrance hall, bringing its purity and crazy class.
