Ib Kofod-Larsen for Fröscher Sitform – high-quality vintage armchair This characterful vintage armchair is a design by the Danish furniture designer Ib Kofod-Larsen, manufactured by the German company Fröscher Sitform. The armchair distinguishes itself through its powerful, sleek design and the combination of a black lacquered steel frame with oak armrests. A design in which Scandinavian design and German solidity come together in a beautiful and unique way. The black metal frame gives this armchair a distinct architectural character. This particular piece has been thoroughly restored in our workshop. Both the steel frame and the oak armrests have been completely refinished. The old upholstery and filling have been replaced with new padding and a high-quality orange wool blend from Oniro. The warm color gives the armchair a fresh, contemporary look and forms a distinct contrast with the black frame and the light oak wood. The result is an armchair that has retained its original character but is completely up to date in terms of finish, upholstery, and seating comfort.
