Fan hand screen silk and bamboo - decoration bird flowers hand-painted china

This beautiful vintage fan is made of hand-painted silk. It is a handheld screen from china and dating from the 20th century. It is marked "made in the people's republic of china". It is decorated with a delicate decoration of a bird and flowers hand-painted in polychromy. The handle is made of bamboo. This range shows signs of wear: fragility of the fabric, stains and holes. It was reinforced on the back with tissue paper and water glue. It measures 19 cm X 31 cm.
