A true icon of 20th-century tableware, this complete fine porcelain service celebrates the famous Moroccan "Taous" (peacock) pattern. Historically made in China for the Maghreb market, this vintage tableware is distinguished by its cobalt blue background (deep navy blue), its finely detailed floral patterns, and its rich gold embellishments. This complete and cohesive set is ideal for setting a spectacular festive table or for enhancing a neo-antique and chic bohemian decor. The service includes 31 matching pieces: 1 large soup tureen (or vegetable dish) with its matching lid, 1 tall teapot/coffee pot with lid, 1 sugar bowl with lid, 1 milk jug, 1 large compartmentalised serving platter (perfect for appetizers, pastries, or dried fruits), 5 large dinner plates (diameter to be confirmed), 6 coffee or tea cups with handles, 6 saucers (small plates), and 9 dessert/appetiser plates (intermediate-sized plates). Condition: very good overall vintage condition. The colours remain extremely vibrant, the blue is deep, and the porcelain is neither cracked nor chipped. There are very light signs of use on the gilding in places, attesting to its authenticity and history (see photos).
