Parisian buffet

This pretty parisian buffet was found in the house of an old lady from the north of france: josiane. It was originally coated with a very thick cream color paint, which you can see in the last photo. After a good ten hours of sanding and stripping, it has regained its natural golden color! The lock of both doors is functional - but not the one between the two drawers. The furniture has kept traces of the wood insects that visited it in the past, but it has been deeply treated. Very nice timeless piece, to be transmitted from generation to generation!
