Description
Suite of four enameled ceramic cups or pockets by keramos sèvres - rené hénon circa 1950. Signature incised under the base of each piece. Good general condition dimensions: h 6.13 X 13.5 cm the company “keramos”, a small ceramics company with six to eight employees, was located in sèvres, not far from the famous manufacture. Created by rené henon, a trained architect from the ardennes who had established a first workshop in montrouge, it existed in the 1950s and 1960s. The company was active and even worked on exports. She produced small objects in glazed earthenware, flowerpots, lamp bases. His productions were purchased by the artist colette gueguen for primavera. Another part of its production was sold in the united states.
