Pair of bookends with mexican characters, wearing the traditional sombrero, dozing on the back of cacti. Beautiful mexican ethnic handicraft from the 1950s/60s, entirely hand-carved from natural onyx blanks. Very many shades of colors and tones and beautiful patina of brilliant age.
