Versace console library in mahogany and brass

We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning custom-made Versace library console in mahogany and brass. A very high-end commission, ordered about 12 years ago by the richest woman in England at the time, it reportedly cost £47, 000 new and was installed in her home in Chelsea, an extremely grand property intended solely for guests and family. The piece is made of solid mahogany with a brass gallery around the lower shelf featuring the Versace mask in the centre, two mahogany pillars at the front topped with brass pineapples, and two very thick, oversized glass shelves with curved corners. In terms of condition, it is in very good condition, cleaned, waxed, and hand-polished from top to bottom. There is a small chip on one glass shelf and a few light scratches from moving objects; otherwise, it is in very good condition.
