Ancient French oil painting, signed Pérez

Old french oil painting, signed pérez, possibly from the 19th century, showing a scene in which a couple of elegant men chat animatedly with 7 courtesans, while a couple is talking to a priest or a judge (marriage?). It seems to be an unfinished painting due to the lack of definition of the buildings in the background, but the figures are painted in detail, showing the typical costumes of the eighteenth century. You can see by zooming in that the painting needs cleaning (i like it that way, really) and that there are some scratches in the oil. The painting measures 33 cm wide, 24 cm high and 1.5 cm deep.
