Midcentury metal brass modernist umbrella stand, Germany, 1950s

Article: Bauhaus umbrella stand. Origin: Germany. Age: 1950s. This original vintage bauhaus style umbrella stand was produced in the 1950s in germany. The brass colored top elements is made of aluminium, the heavy black metal base element is made of cast iron. Straight forward and minimalistic design of the bauhaus design era. This item is a wonderful addition to every modern home. The design is reminiscent with the design of hagenauer, auböck etc... Dimensions: Height 42.5 cm. Length 24 cm. Depth 25 cm. Condition: This item is in a very good vintage condition with slight traces of use and a wonderful patina of over 60 years.
