Vintage Green Bottle Leather Pouffe Footstool – 70s/80s

Description: Magnificent vintage pouffe/footrest from the 1970s-1980s, made of genuine bottle green leather (dark green). A character piece with timeless aesthetics, reminiscent of the productions of major design houses of the time such as Roche Bobois. Features & Comfort: Seat: Very comfortable, soft, and generous. The top cushion is removable. It stays perfectly in place thanks to wide, very sturdy original Velcro straps. Structure: The base is made of robust solid wood, mounted on four lovely turned "ball" feet that add a beautiful elegance. Condition: Very well maintained. The leather remains supple and shows no cracks or tears. It simply displays slight white marks from natural discolouration (patina of use), which gives it all its charm and vintage authenticity. Dimensions: Cushion width: 60 X 60 cm, Base width: 50 X 50 cm, Total height: 36 cm. Decor Idea: Very versatile, it can serve as an extra seat in a living room, at the end of a sofa, or repurposed as a side coffee table by placing a lovely wooden or brass tray on it.
