Modular metal shelf Niels Gammelgård - IKEA

Modular shelf designed by Niels Gammelgård for IKEA, in a sober and functional industrial spirit. Entirely grey metal structure with solid shelves and grids, offering an interesting balance between closed storage and visual ventilation. The system consists of two adjacent modules, allowing for great flexibility of use: library, workshop storage, kitchen unit or display. The slender tubular structure and very rational design recall the standards of Scandinavian design from the 80s and 90s, where functionality and lightness take precedence. Completely disassemblable, which facilitates transport and storage. A piece of furniture that has clearly been designed for work… but always ends up displaying things that were not planned! Good condition. Shows some light signs of use visible on the shelves, without affecting the sturdiness or overall aesthetics. Height: 92.5 cm. Depth: 40 cm. Total length: 171 cm.
