Vintage 1960 terrestrial globe Girard Barrère glass - 36 cm

Old world map lamp in glass, paper and black lacquered metal from the girard et barrère brand circa 1960 in good condition. The map is weathered but the colors are still bright and it displays gaps, a particularly significant mark in the pacific ocean south of mexico. The black lacquered metal base is clean, both caps are in place. It measures 36cm in height, 26cm in diameter and 27cm in depth.
