Old solid wood cabinet that will bring charm to your room. It offers an interesting storage capacity while having reasonable dimensions. Inside, you will find 4 shelves, 3 of which are removable (dimensions of a shelf inside: 58cm wide by 35cm deep and 40cm high). The pediment can be removed (see photo), dimensions without the pediment: 62cm wide by 42.5 deep and 173.5cm high. Dimensions with pediment: see below. For details, see the photos which form an integral part of the description. The furniture was nourished with linseed oil + turpentine. Closing the door works well. According to legend, this piece of furniture served as a hiding place during the revolution to escape the soldiers: a standing man could stay there. Hence the name given to this piece of furniture.
