This set consists of six elegant silver-plated egg cups, marked with the "epns" hallmark. This hallmark stands for "electroplated nickel silver", indicating that these pieces are made by plating silver over a base of nickel, copper and zinc. Each egg cup measures approximately 6cm in height. The egg cups feature a beautiful original patina with signs of wear, which add to their vintage charm. They were probably made in the first part of the 20th century, in the 1930s.
