Scandinavian armchair

Elegant armchair with clean lines and the emblematic "moustache" backrest of the 60s, signed by the famous brand "stella". A true classic with Scandinavian shapes, revisited with care and refinement. This armchair has benefited from a meticulous restoration respecting traditional techniques. The wooden structure was completely dismantled, cleaned, then carefully varnished and waxed to revive its natural shine. The upholstery has been completely redone using traditional methods. The seat and backrest have been filled with vegetable horsehair, ensuring firm but comfortable support, for a pleasant and durable seat. This choice of upholstery allows to preserve the authenticity and comfort of period armchairs and greater durability. The armchair has been upholstered in a white demeter bouclette fabric from the house of dassonville, a superior quality fabric, renowned for its softness and resistance. This natural and elegant fabric brings a contemporary touch while respecting the vintage style of the armchair. Each stage of the restoration was carried out with care to offer a piece that is both aesthetic and functional, ready to integrate a modern interior while retaining all the charm of its time. All my furniture is treated against woodworms, cleaned and restored with care, respecting their old character.
