Extendable round table in Scandinavian style made of teak, France circa 1960.

Beautiful round dining table, extendable, from around 1960. Scandinavian design but probably made in France. Made entirely of blonde solid teak for the tapered legs, and teak veneer for the top and apron, these different wood tones provide contrast to the whole. This table features a butterfly extension that folds under the top. The dimensions are 110 cm in diameter when closed, 160 cm with the butterfly extension deployed, and a height of 76 cm, including 9 cm for the apron. In excellent used condition with no scratches or wood chips, the marked grain of the top is noteworthy (see photos). Ideal for everyday use, this lovely table can accommodate up to 6 guests. A piece that is easy to integrate into any decor.
