Deknudt Mirror Oval XL with Crown Wooden Frame Gold 112cm

Elegant large oval mirror in wooden frame with gold plaster decoration, the oval mirror is facet cut, presumably by deknudt belgium, 1970s. Large, stately format with gilded decoration at the top, a wreath, a torch, flowers and acanthus, completely in antique french louis XV style, at the back a stamp 'made in belgium, trademark and model registered'. In good vintage condition in accordance with its age, discolouration of the gold leaf, mainly at the bottom, craquelure, surface cracks on the frame all around, check the photos for more details!
