Coffee table, 1930s-40s, geometric design featuring a circular wooden top, incorporating a removable metal basin in the centre (beneath which is the original wood), as well as 4 compartments that served as ashtrays. A second lower circular top completes this composition. An unusual piece that evokes smoking tables and reception furniture from the interwar period. Beautiful patina of the wood and signs of wear consistent with its age.
