Moulded and curved plexiglass lamp

Reversible table lamp, with no top or bottom as it is symmetrical. Composed of 2 symmetrical crowns. Each crown consists of 5 curved petal-shaped structures made of 4mm thick plexiglass. Each is independent and fixed to the one next to it. A central chrome ring where the electrical supply connects, making the lamp reversible. The central chrome ring is connected to 2 white metal discs. On each of these discs, 5 petal-shaped structures are fixed, all independent. Each of these folded structures is held by a fitting with a small ball on one side and a screw on the other. The same applies to the one at the bottom. It has 2 light points, one at the top and one at the bottom. Stunning when illuminated. In very good condition. 42cm high, generally spherical in shape. Original cord, plug, and switch. Very typical design of the Space Age/organic style from the late 1960s to early 1970s.
