Beautiful oak welsh cabinet from the 18th century. In perfect condition and beautiful patina. This is a classic example of a welsh oak cabinet. This is characterized, among other things, by the fact that the 1st row of drawers are not real drawers and by the panels around, side and doors, with gothic panels. The entire cabinet is made up of panels. The back also, this shows a high level of craftsmanship. This type of cabinet was common in west wales, which is why it is called a welsh cabinet. Drawer pulls are of a later date. Origin: wales, england. Period: approx. 17860-1780. Size: 136cm X 57cm X h.186cm.
