Vintage - Bedside table - 1950s - Small occasional piece of furniture

It is a bedside table typical of furniture from the 50s in france. It is made of stained and varnished wood veneer, cherry color. The structure is made of solid wood, beech. Particularly wide (60 cms), it can easily be used as extra furniture, in an entrance or living room, or as an end piece of the sofa. Like all furniture from the 50s, the lines are simple, fine and slender. It has a large storage drawer, with a cleaned and varnished interior. The handle is thin and wide, the front feet are protected by gold metal "clogs". Emblematic of french furniture from the 1950s, this authentic bedside table is in excellent condition. The varnish is not scratched, the few signs of use are detailed in the condition report below. You will be sensitive to its charm. Materials & maintenance: the furniture is varnished, it is easy to clean with a sponge and water. Condition: this item is vintage, authentic, if it has been used it is in good condition. Rare marks of use that you can see in the photos including a small shock on the right side (2 millimeters).
