Series of 6 color school chairs

Series of 6 school chairs mullca 510 color circa 1980, lafa aurillac. Black lacquered steel tubes, seat and back against curved plate in blue and red pop colors, stackable and robust. Stamped lafa aurillac. Good condition of use, note marks, scratches, lack of paint and oxidation on some metal parts, slight crack at the level of a weld on a foot not causing fragility. Backrest and seat in good condition (see photos). 44x48cm - top: 80cm - top seat: 43cm. Born in 1950 from the association of gaston cavaillon who co-owns it and mr mulller who finances it, the mullca chair has been acclaimed since its creation. In 1973 with the success of the mullca 510, the ugap (union of public purchasing groups) granted a license to the manufacturers lafa and simire so that they could produce it and thus meet the supply problems. In the habitat catalogue in 1985, it became a classic of french design. A derivative of this model is still currently produced by the company lafa (aurillac) but in a wider version in accordance with the constraints of national education.
