Jiri Jiroutek Sideboard In Oak, Interier Praha, Czechoslovakia 1960s

Beautiful sideboard with sliding doors produced in 1960s, in the mid-century design era of czechoslovakian design. Designed by jiri jiroutek for interier praha. The sideboard is completely done in veneered wood with a beautiful oak veneer. Partially restored (top board). There are plastic handles on the door, as plastic was the new and very often used material in 1960s. Inside, there is a shelf with adjustable height. On top of the sideboard is a top part which has a smart and very easy connecting mechanism. The top part holds a showcase with glass, sliding doors. Original glass. The whole sideboard is 151cm high with the showcase. Beautiful and elegant piece in a very good condition. Only minor wear visible. Sold as a set.
