Candlestick by gunnar ander, swedish architect and designer, for ystad metall, a swedish company of brass and copper design objects. Gunnar ander's chandeliers still represent today the expression of the elegance of scandinavian design in the 1950s and 1960s. Candlestick with 7 arms made out of black lacquered metal and copper tips. Width 28cm, height 30cm, depth 7cm. Original felt under the foot of the candleholder. Good condition. Light wear consistent with age and use, patina consistent with age and use.
