Set of 4 Rosewood Chairs - mid century modern - black upholstery

Beautiful set of 4 original chairs. This set of four heavy dining chairs is a fine example of Mid Century Modern design, made of beautiful rosewood. The chairs combine elegant design with solid construction and a warm, characterful appearance. The rosewood stands out due to its beautiful color, lively grain pattern, and nice shine. The subtly shaped backrests and refined lines of the wooden frame give the chairs a stylish and timeless character. The carefully designed sleek legs and balanced proportions make the whole an attractive design that fits perfectly within both a classic and a contemporary interior. Notably, this set features original upholstery on both the seats and backrests. The black upholstery contrasts beautifully with the warm, dark rosewood and contributes to the recognizable character of the chairs. The upholstery is original and is in a neat condition, without holes or tears, considering its age. The chairs are in an original, stable and immediately usable condition. The wood has a beautiful patina developed over the years, with signs of use that correspond to age and original use. The upholstery also shows a characterful patina. One chair has a very minimal discoloration visible at a small spot, mainly noticeable when viewed from a certain angle from above, which is not striking or disturbing during daily use, and almost indiscernible in photos.
