Design floor lamp with counterweight 1980

Minimalist floor lamp in white lacquered metal with an adjustable counterweight arm on a cylindrical base and halogen light source designed in italy 1970m80's. The lamp is balanced on a ball weight resting on a cylindrical pillar-shaped base which allows precise positioning. The minimalist art movement of the 1970s-80s had a great influence on the design of italian floor lamps.
