Mid-Century Modern Pottery Lamp Base by Inger Persson for Rörstrand

A fantastic and rare vintage ceramic table lamp base with fantastic colors. It is a handmade and signed studio production made by the talented inger persson for the prestigious rörstrand, sweden. The design of the lamp base is simple and robust, but it is the colors and glazing that makes this lamp so beautiful, it has a very vibrant turquoise blue color with a sand-colored base. The pattern of the glazing is very special, simple yet still very elegant and sophisticated, this lamp will be a center piece in any interior setting. It is 19cm (7.48") high including the lamp fitting and around 15cm (5.90") in diameter and it is in a very good condition. Note that this lamp is newley re-wired for swedish standard (and/or for most parts of eu) and that the lamp shades are not included.
