Vallauris soup dish Daniel Étienne sea decor

Red clay ceramic dish with sea decoration, made by daniel étienne, in the 70s in vallauris. Decoration made in relief in the mass, in sgrafitto. Fish, seaweed lobsters and sea urchins decorate this dish. Melted beige to white background enamels, decorative enamels of metallic oxides, showing beautiful gradients, particularly for the blue fish. Geometric elements of turquoise enamel at the end of the handles and fretels complete the decor, typical of vallaurian ceramics. Height 24 X w 26 X l 35 cm. Chips present at the neck of the lid, the dish and the rest are in good condition, see photos.
