American cylinder desk / counter (renovated)

Large American desk with elm curtain that can also be used as a reception counter in a business. Of English origin, it dates from the early 20th century. Materials: solid elm. Characteristics: this American desk has two retractable shelves on either side of its seat, as well as nine drawers (one large central one and four identical ones on each side of the seat). It closes with a cylinder curtain and has numerous small storage spaces and drawers on its top. The upper and lower parts of the American desk can be dismantled. Renovation: this American desk was completely washed and then stripped with soda crystals to remove its glossy varnish. It was then protected with a colorless wax. Condition: this American desk is in impeccable condition. Its cylinder curtain works perfectly and its drawers slide very well. It is solid and stable on its feet. Its wood is in wonderful condition: the only things to deplore are a small whitish table on the upper table and marks of time on one of its lower corners. Dimensions: W125 x D74 x H127.
