Vintage Organic Form Curved Velvet Sofa, Late 20th Century

Exceptionally well crafted vintage curved sculptural sofa upholstered in original navy blue velvet. An eye catching design, great statement piece. The sofa features wooden legs and a wooden frame which is reinforced with a strong metal structure visible on the bottom side of the sofa. The structure is in great condition. The back has a stunning curved, serpentine-like design. Original navy blue fabric has one damage mark on the backside and, apart from that, a few minor flaws that can be expected for its age. Overall, it gives an impression of a gently used vintage item and remains in very good original condition.The padding is in excellent condition, without any deformities. The seat is firm and comfortable to sit in. Size: 76 X 204 X 122 cm (H/W/D), size of the seating is 120 X 60 cm (Width/Depth), 43 cm is the height of the seating.
