Bamboo Rattan and Brass Pencil Reed Floor Lamp, Italy

Here we have a lovely rattan and bamboo split or pencil reed floor lamp with brass. The combination of rattan and brass was made popular by gabriella crespi in the 1960s. These lamps are generally always attributed to italy 1970s - 1980s ( and not by crespi needless to say ). The brass is in a lovely patinated condition. The lamp is adjustable as can be seen in the pics, the rod can be lowered and extended ( to around 200cm ). The shade can be adjusted as well into any direction.
