Louis XVI style games table

I am selling this Louis XVI style chess board table made in 2022 by a cabinetmaker. It is in almost perfect condition. The carcass and drawers were made of solid cherry. Drawers and false drawers are located on one side and the other of the piece of furniture; only the right drawers can open. These were made according to the rules of the art with a dovetail assembly (see photos). The feet are inlaid with veneer fillet containing ebony. The feet are made of brass. The board is made of walnut and cherry veneer (for the checkerboard), net containing ebony and a so-called "squared" frieze to place the "caught" chess pieces. The piece of furniture was then stained and then waxed for the frame and the drawers. The top was varnished with Venetian varnish applied with a pad giving it a mirror effect. A month of work was necessary to create this piece of furniture. Beyond its playful aspect, it is a real piece of decoration wonderfully adorning a room.
