An old, very small monastery holy water font from the 19th century, with cut corners, made of limestone - the perfect size for a soap dish, an entrance catch-all, to align along the wall. A heavy bastide object, very strong, very simple, soft and raw, in the colour of old linen and travertine. Surface measurements: 25cm x 13cm. Hollow part: 18.5cm x 8cm and depth 4.5cm.
