Vintage "Dripping" vase in Val d'Or enamelled ceramic

Vintage enamelled ceramic vase from the "val d'or" earthenware factory, made in france. The particular texture of the glaze evokes the technique of "dripping". The vase is 19 cm tall. The american janet sobel is generally considered to have invented this technique that marked 20th century painting, but it was overshadowed by jackson pollock whom she had influenced.
