Pair of swedish antique painted chairs. Made in sweden during the early 19th century with typical gustavian carvings. Multiple layers of old paint and a lovely patina. The later added fabric has been worn out and on chair has a damaged leg. The frame and construction of these chairs is strong in good condition. Price for the pair. Seat height 47cm.
