Pretty and very rare old amber demijohn (late 19th/early 20th century), approximately 50l of a blown glass in a pretty round onion shape, with an old neck, "sabreed", as the only technique they mastered at the time to finish them after blowing. Its few stains, “scratches” or scars on its glass and its numerous bubbles give it a charming singularity and real authenticity. A collector's item. It was part of a lot discovered as a treasure when I purchased my farm in haute-marne. It was cleaned with alcohol and white vinegar. No bad smell.
